Hotel Reservations

A block booking has been made at the Candia Maris Hotel in Heraklion, Crete and special rates have been negotiated for the ICFA Beam Dynamics Mini Workshop on Low Emittance Rings 2011. To qualify for these rates participants must reserve and pay for their accommodation online through the appointed handling agent Mitos S.A. Rooms will only be guaranteed if the reservation is received and paid for by 10 September 2011. Any reservations received after this date will be on request basis only.

You can reserve and pay online for your room by credit card (Visa or Master). Amex and Diners cards' are not accepted. Bank transfers can be made via our secure server online with Piraeus Bank.

Cancellation Policy

If notification of room cancellation is received before 20 September 2011, a 100€ handling fee will be returned. Any cancellations after 20 September 2011 or non shows, will be charged with the full cost of their accommodation

Hotel room costs are per room, per night and include breakfast.
