The Indico tool will be used during the Workshop as archive for the presentations.

In order to avoid delays with the already tight program, the talks should be preferably uploaded as soon as possible, at the indico web-site:

Submission of presentations, step by step:

• Login to Indico (username and password) top right-hand corner
• Under "my conference" (which appears only after login) select "My contributions"
• Select your title
• Select "manage material"
• Follow the instruction in "Add new Material" - Type of materials - then upload - do not forget to submit at the end

For people who do not have an indico account, an external CERN account will be needed. The procedure for registering is described in the following link:
